Galaxygoo's goal is to increase science literacy among students and the general
public, through the development of educational and social software for
public benefit.
This is done by bringing together scientists, teachers, programmers, web
developers, artists, and writers and publish the results, for public
benefit, on the web site.
The GalaxyGoo web site (www.galaxygoo.org) is a community center, a resource, a collaboration space, and a gallery of experiments in multimedia and online technologies.
