you will enjoy hosting with CinoFusion, but if you decide to cancel
your plan, you can feel secure knowing we will cheerfully refund
your money within the first 30-days of the contract.
Every Web Hosting plan comes with a 30-day money back guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with the services you receive from
CinoFusion within 30 days of signing up, you will receive a full refund
of the hosting, excluding any setup fees and overage fees. Setup fees
are only refunded under the following circumstances:
1)
The account order is cancelled prior to account activation; or
2) The domain name chosen was not available.
All
cancellations must be received in writing per the deadlines indicated.
Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation. If

guarantees all programming for life. We believe in high quality, and
getting the job done right, the first time. If you ever find a problem
with the programming you have received from CinoFusion, we will fix
it for free!
This
guarantee is issued pursuant to the standard terms and conditions included
in this guarantee.
CinoFusion,
Inc. hereby provides a LIFETIME GUARANTEE of the works completed on
the said project. In the event of any programming faults or any errors
with the project, CinoFusion will, upon production of the Guarantee
Certificate and the Client copy of the original Contract, troubleshoot
and, if necessary, repair any programming previously completed by CinoFusion,
without further charge.
This
guarantee does not apply to any changes made to the programming or any
damages caused by altering the programming from other individuals.
This
guarantee applies to all programming services provided by CinoFusion.
In the event of any claim being made against CinoFusion under this guarantee,
CinoFusion or our authorized agents are to have free access to the property
in order to inspect.
Nothing
contained in the terms of this guarantee shall be construed as depriving
either the person or persons claiming benefit hereunder, or CinoFusion
of their respective rights under common law.
In
the event of a claim under this guarantee being upheld CinoFusion will
be responsible for the repair of programming but not for any damages
or losses as a result of the problem.
This
guarantee is transferable to future owners. An administration charge
